As an admin, or writer I want to give access to my document(s) so that I can control who sees and contributes to them.
Acceptance criteria
Access management is granular, from space to specific document or group of documents
Access to a document or group of documents
Admin or writer can give access to a document or group of documents from contextual actions in the document itself or in the document preview.
When the space is Public access can be given by sharing a link or by email.
Documents inherit visibility from their parent space (Public or Private).
In a Public space, admins can make individual documents private and revert them back.
In a Private space, documents cannot be made public.
Private spaces only allow inviting by email — no link sharing. In the first stage by looking for a member name who already has an account on Seed.
Public spaces allow inviting by email and by link.
Inviting someone to a document in a Private space limits the access to that document only in the space.
Inviting someone to a document in a Public space allows to see the whole space.
Admins can change roles and remove access.
Writers can change roles and remove access except for the admin.
Sharing settings can optionally cascade to subdocuments.

A) From contextual actions in the document itself
Public space → The "Share access" modal shows 2 options "Invite by link" and "Invite by email". Since is public by default status is: "Anyone with the link can view"
Private space → The "Share access" modal should only show "Invite by email" — no "Invite by link" tab at all.
In the first stage by looking for a member name who already has an account on Seed.
B) From contextual actions in the document preview (card / link view)
Clean 🧼 contextual options list
Take the opportunity to clean up the list of options by prioritizing them and grouping related actions.
Remove options that don’t make sense. This list shouldn’t become a “dumping ground” for options that we don’t know where else to place 🗑️🗑️
"All documents" do not need to be here. Remember the UX principle of keeping actions in one place rather than duplicating them across multiple locations.
"Subdocuments" Since we have the File explorer we can remove this. The way it looks when you click is really weird UX.
Why we have "Hide Fragment citations"?.
Reconsider where Attributes belongs; its current placement doesn’t feel UX-friendly.
